Forest City Ratner hired us to design and create the website, brochure, and digital flyer for this hot Brooklyn Heights project, One Pierrepont Plaza. As part of our creative work, we developed the tagline: “Modern Offices. Brooklyn Cool.” At least one person thought it was cool: Hillary Clinton. Her team signed a lease for two floors of office space for her national presidential campaign headquarters.
