Daria Salusbury advises leading developers and architects on development, branding, and marketing. She helps bring their properties to market efficiently and effectively in the world’s most challenging markets. Daria has a more than 30-year track record of success, bringing over $12 billion in luxury developments to market, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate. She has worked as both a developer and broker in major cities across the U.S., including New York City, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Prior to founding her firm, she spent 25 years at The Related Companies. There, Daria served as Senior Vice President and head of the company’s luxury rental division, consisting of more than 6,000 units nationwide. She has been featured in The New York Times, Crain’s New York Business, Forbes, The New York Observer and The Real Deal for her work.
