EXTELL DEVELOPMENT\KUSHNER COMPANIES:
THE LOFTS PIER VILLAGE
When nationally acclaimed real estate developer Extell Development Company, the name behind many of New York’s most iconic properties, decided to develop its first New Jersey project, they teamed up with renowned Kushner Companies, a diversified real estate organization. Together, they created The Lofts Pier Village – a new community of high-end condominium residences located right on the beach in Long Branch, NJ. Their goal was lofty: to change the architectural vocabulary of the Jersey Shore, by bringing a chic, modern, urban Manhattan aesthetic to a popular Jersey Shore destination. To help accomplish this, they called on Pace to create a highly stylized, fully integrated branding campaign for the project, beginning with a logo and artist renderings and carrying through from the website to a high-end brochure; from emails to ads, and everything in between, including a stunning sales center. No goal too lofty for our creative team. We dove right in and came up with an exciting, modern, chic, and appealing campaign that has set the tone for the project – and raised the bar for all Jersey Shore projects that follow.
