Q: How do you market a high-profile penthouse that’s priced at $38 million – when you have no renderings or images to show? A: You hire Pace. The client wanted a very upscale, simple campaign that highlighted both the penthouse opportunity and other available condominiums at 250 West Street. For the penthouse, we had to create the story without a lot of visuals. We managed to do it by designing this atypical brochure. Concurrently, we developed a digital and print ad campaign that highlighted the building amenities and views – for which we did have some stunning images, thankfully. Together, these projects made for a very sophisticated, very successful campaign.
