Create a marketing campaign to reintroduce the Jack Resnick & Sons class A building into the thriving neighborhood of Hudson Square.

Challenge
While the building has a sleek modern lobby, rooftop deck (complete with a working bee colony) and city views it lacked amenities found in some newer buildings.

Solution
The campaign drew inspiration from the buzzing energy of both the bee colony and the Hudson Square neighborhood. Yellow became the signature color, forming the foundation of a brand and marketing platform that feels authentic to the area while positioning 250 Hudson as the natural home for bold thinkers and ambitious companies.
