    Cara Faske

    Chief Executive Officer

    Cara has directed marketing campaigns for many of the largest real estate companies in the U.S over the past 30+ years. Cara’s expertise includes branding, marketing strategy, integrated marketing, traditional and digital advertising, email marketing, and much more. She is adept at new business development, as well as creating strategic alliances and partnerships, to bring together multiple parties with highly specialized capabilities in order to provide a truly full service offering for clients. Cara has her eyes on growth and continues to expand and evolve by constantly focusing on top talent, new technologies, new service lines and new capabilities to better serve the agency’s clients.

    Cara holds a degree in marketing from Syracuse University and resides in Westchester County, NY. She is associated with several professional and charitable organizations including MWBE Unite , The National Realty Foundation and Creative Art Works.  Additionally, Cara has been the recipient of several honors including the Bisnow Power Women Award, CEO Magazine’s Brava Award, Top Woman in Real Estate by Sokol Media and The Mann Foundation Leading Lady. 

    When Cara isn’t working she can be found spending time with her adult children, gardening, cooking and playing pickleball.

    Cara holds a degree in marketing from Syracuse University and resides in Westchester County, NY. She is associated with several professional and charitable organizations including MWBE Unite , The National Realty Foundation and Creative Art Works.  Additionally, Cara has been the recipient of several honors including the Bisnow Power Women Award, CEO Magazine’s Brava Award, Top Woman in Real Estate by Sokol Media and The Mann Foundation Leading Lady. 

    When Cara isn’t working she can be found spending time with her adult children, gardening, cooking and playing pickleball.

    Elizabeth joined Pace in 2019 and now serves as an AVP, leading the digital department with a focus on web development, SEO, and digital media strategy. She brings with her a diverse set of skills developed over a career spanning technology, analytics, brand development, and experiential advertising. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Elizabeth also studied and lived in Italy, immersing herself in stone carving and art history, a creative foundation that continues to influence her work today.

    A former resident of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Elizabeth has lived around the world, including Germany and Italy, and spent her formative years in a small town in rural Michigan. Always curious about travel, culture, and architecture, she has found a home at Pace, where she contributes a unique perspective and works closely with clients to ideate, develop, and deliver a wide range of projects.

    Elizabeth is a vibrant member of the team, committed to pairing strategy and storytelling to drive success for clients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing tennis, and working on children’s illustrations that further showcase her artistic roots.

    Skilled in job cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and building efficient financial processes, Jane enjoys creating clarity and structure so creative teams can focus on doing their best work. Her mix of industry experience and adaptability allows her to approach challenges with calm, creativity, and practical problem-solving.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her on the tennis court, lifting weights, or relaxing with her husband, teenage daughter, and their dogs. Her 16+ years of marketing experience enables her to handle projects efficiently, creatively and strategically. Karen brings energy, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to every project she works on. Prior to marketing real estate, Karen spent many years in product development and interior design for Macy’s and JCPenney, which provides an informed perspective about colors, styles and staging. 

    Karen graduated from Syracuse University. In her spare time, Karen enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, hanging out with friends, spending time with her husband and 3 grown children, as well as her cat Bowie in Northern Westchester. Not necessarily in that order.

    Deb is a talented and multi-faceted designer. Over the course of her career she has designed and produced virtually every type of marketing tool including brand campaigns, logos, brochures, ads, marketing suites, direct mail, premium items and web sites for residential, commercial and corporate clients. Her vast knowledge of marketing and deep institutional memory of its evolution lend perspective and insight into each new assignment – particularly given today’s rapid pace of change. She has been the recipient of various awards over the years for her brochures, websites, videos and more, and has even had her work exhibited at Grand Central Terminal.

    A cum laude graduate of Alfred University’s School of Art & Design, as well as a Presidential Scholar, her honors thesis project was a cookbook/family history book combining family recipes with stories of how they were passed down and used from generation to generation. A copy resides at the Alfred University Library and can be checked out by patrons.

    Deb actively supports a number of organizations with pro-bono work and legally spray paints large rocks as fundraisers for her kids’ schools. Her hobbies include paddle boarding, reading, and DIY projects.

Calm, cool, and focused, he’s been a trusted member of the Pace team for years, known for delivering exceptional design work with a fast turnaround—without ever sacrificing quality or his keen attention to detail. An experienced production artist with advanced design expertise, Leo is equally skilled at building beautifully precise layouts and managing complex projects from start to finish.

    Born in NYC, Leo lived in Japan for six years as a boy, where he developed a lifelong love of the arts; drawing, painting, sculpting, and pottery. Following in the footsteps of his mom, grandma, and aunt, he always knew he wanted to be an artist, and at Pace, he gets to indulge that passion every day.

    Outside of the office, Leo is happy to be underwater. A certified scuba diver, he has swum with whale sharks in Mexico, dolphins and rays in Belize, and manta rays and sea turtles in Maui. Whether he’s crafting beautiful design work or exploring the deep sea, Leo approaches everything he does with quiet focus and creative curiosity.
