Pan Am Equities hired us to quickly lease their new 290-unit Life Time Living rental in Downtown Stamford, CT, targeting NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield audiences. This ground-up project, at the time one of only four Life Time Living residential partnerships, includes a 50k SF complementary athletic country club membership and luxury club and spa amenities.
Challenge
With Downtown Stamford seeing a surge in new developments, Pace was tasked with creating an effective marketing strategy to stand out amongst this growing market, despite tight timelines and a modest budget.
Solution
We launched campaigns highlighting the property’s amenities, prime location, and all-inclusive wellness lifestyle. Outreach began with local media, publications, and OOH, then expanded to social media, paid search, remarketing, programmatic channels, and eblasts to drive leads. A custom landing page, integrated with the leasing team’s CRM, streamlined lead capture. Throughout, we monitored performance, gathered data, and added touchpoints across channels to maximize reach, lead quality, and brand recognition.
