As a boy, when he wasn’t riding his bike or playing ball with the neighborhood kids, Randy Kershner spent countless hours in his room reading and creating his own comic books (complete with ads of course), or recording rudimentary commercials on an old Radio Shack tape recorder. Always fascinated with words and a little obsessed with pop culture, it’s no surprise that Randy ended up working in advertising as a copywriter. At Pace, wherever words are involved, Randy’s thumbprints are all over it, from ads and banners to web copy, press releases, emails, social media & blog posts – basically any copy or content needed. You name it, he writes it. Comic books? Not so much. But if we come across a client who needs one, we’ve got your guy. Outside of Pace, he still loves riding his bike and you might catch him doing yoga in Bryant Park, hanging with Cooper the wonder dog, zip-lining through a cloud forest, or occasionally reading a graphic novel, the grown-up version of a comic book.
