Pan Am Equities engaged us to help them swiftly lease up their new Life Time Living rental residence in Downtown Stamford, CT, by creating engaging content to share their story with a broader NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield audience. This ground-up 290-unit building is in partnership with Life Time Living (one of only four joint residential projects) and comes complete with a 50k SF complementary athletic country club membership and luxury club and spa amenities.

We launched the campaign with creative assets emphasizing the property’s exceptional amenities, prime location, and the all-inclusive health and wellness lifestyle the brand embodies. We began by strategically engaging with local industry publications, media outlets, and OOH to build awareness within the local community.

Our efforts were then extended to social media platforms, utilizing paid and organic strategies to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility. Over the first few months, we expanded our tactics to include paid search, remarketing, programmatic channels, drip campaigns, and e-blasts.

Additionally, we developed a custom landing page to streamline lead generation, seamlessly integrated with the leasing team’s CRM.
