Brokers get a lot of junk in the mail every day. How do you break through that clutter? 1177 Avenue of the Americas had space available on its tower floor and its base floor – each of which would appeal to very different tenants. To reach both types, we created two classy brochures, one focused on each floor. Then we packaged them together in a distinctive folder, wrapped it in tissue paper, included both in an elegant package, tied it up with a classy ribbon, and delivered it to 500 brokers. Essentially, it was designed to look like an expensive shirt gift box – something they would be intrigued about opening. Far from your everyday junk mail. We also created a complementary campaign that included ads, eflyers, and a marketing center display.
