As one of the largest multiple listing services in the Tri-State area, OneKey MLS had already established strong brand recognition across Long Island, Westchester, and the surrounding suburbs. The next step was to expand that awareness into the heart of the city, Manhattan and Brooklyn, connecting directly with both consumers and brokers in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.
Challenge
While OneKey MLS was well known outside the city, its visibility within New York’s core markets remained limited. The challenge was twofold: increase awareness among buyers and renters looking for listings, while also strengthening relationships with residential brokers, encouraging them to add listings and subscribe to OneKey’s valuable data and tools.

Featuring memorable NYC characters, the creative captured the rhythm and authenticity of city life while driving home OneKey’s value as the region’s go-to real estate resource. Media outreach spanned print and digital advertising, remarketing, Performance Max campaigns, OOH, OTT, and cable TV, ensuring a strong, multi-channel presence that met audiences where they lived, worked, and scrolled.
