An Elevated Approach to Hallandale Beach
A project by visionary developer Kar Properties and sold by Fortune Real Estate, 2000 Ocean worked with multiple agencies prior to hiring Pace to take their traditional media-heavy approach to a full digital strategy. The project provided a particular challenge because of its location in an emerging market of Hallandale Beach and its price point starting at $3M.
This consumer is a top-tier, affluent, needle in the haystack of prospective buyers for the South Florida market. The previous agencies were unable to deliver qualified leads, which resulted in lagging sales.
Pace revamped their campaign landing page with a redesigned layout, rewritten copy, and a strategy to drive form fills and downloads. We launched a digital strategy of search and social ads with new messaging and creative imagery utilizing our proprietary technology platform.
Within 30 days, the campaign garnered over 20 highly qualified leads, several of them already scheduling in person visits to the sales center and pending purchases. Pace meets often to review the quality of leads generated and garners feedback from the sales teams to make optimizations to the campaigns targeting and creative messaging on a weekly basis.
Their Phase I digital budget was conservative based on their skepticism from past experiences with other firms. But with recent successes and consistent quality leads, we anticipate growing the budgets and adding additional digital tactics in 2022 as the quality of leads continues to increase and cost per lead decreases within existing budgets.
