Vineyards at Blue Point

For Vineyards at Blue Point, an active-adult community on the South Shore of Long Island, developer Ornstein-Leyton Company wanted marketing material that did not look like your typical 55+ community. Good. We’re tired of seeing that, too. We created a full marketing campaign (logo development, signage, print ads, brochure, online banner ads, website) that imagines, from the perspective of 55+ homebuyers, how good life will be “someday” when they find the perfect community. After launching our first ad, our client reported having over 100 new visitors within a few days, with 60 of them claiming direct response from the ad. It didn’t slow down from there. In two years, The Vineyards has sold over 200 homes, making it the most successful new 55+ community on Long Island. People comment that they like the marketing and the community because it “was different from other typical builders.” Music to our ears.
