Here are a couple of colorful, memorable Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns Pace created for 44 Wall Street & ABS Partners.

Client: “Hey – we have this building with a lot of vacancies and we need to stir up some attention and interest.”
Us: “What’s the best thing about the building?”
Client: “The location: it’s near every major subway line downtown.”
Us: “Let’s do a colorful transit campaign with subway platform ads to hit people on their commute and show them how easy it is to get there from all major lines.”
Client: “Love it – and it’s working!”

ABS PARTNERS: Outdoor signage is a critical part of any CRE branding program, especially for buildings that are in high-visibility locations. Do it well and it generates a strong response from walk-by traffic. For this project, we did it well. The client had space that was ideal for medical tenants. We designed a series of window signs that were atypical for CRE. Colorful and graphically appealing, the signs featured simple medical and scientific icons and a few lines of text that would be important for medical tenants to know. The power of outdoor, harnessed.
