THE EAGLE | THE MARGO | THE GIOVANNI
Super chic, super trendy – that’s The Giovanni, The Margo and The Eagle, three new luxury rental buildings on the same block in super-hot Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We developed fully integrated campaigns for each of these properties that included logos, websites, marketing center displays, brochures, digital media campaigns, signage, promotional items, stationery, business cards and more. The Giovanni achieved 100% occupancy in less than a year and had the highest CTR on StreetEasy for several months in a row. The Margo, which opened in August 2016, is very close to full occupancy as well. We look forward to a triple play, with similarly successful results when The Eagle opens in the fall of 2017.
