The 30th Annual VCA Walk for the Animals is slated to be one of the Humane Society of Broward County’s biggest events of the year. To help spread the word, Emmy-winning television personality, style expert, and entrepreneur Clinton Kelly and his rescue dog Mary have partnered with the non-profit for a series of social media videos. We’re proud to announce that for the second year in a row, the South Florida Business Journal has recognized Pace Branding & Marketing as one of the Top 10 Advertising Agencies in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach metro areas.
This honor is due in part to our amazing clients and the incredible work we create with them. To celebrate our second year on the list, let’s look back at a few of our top projects from 2018.
At Pace, we thrive on collaboration. We view our clients as true partners, so we take great pride in each of their successes. As such, we couldn’t be prouder of ArtServe for successfully launching their 30th anniversary artistic season with a spectacular VIP preview on August 22nd.
We’re proud to announce that Pace took home three awards at the 2019 NAHB International Builders’ gala on behalf of our client, Harvest Pointe. The two gold awards were for best 55+ print ad and best 55+ brochure, while the silver award was for best 55+ overall strategy/campaign.
Since Harvest Pointe is the only new 55+ residential development on Long Island’s North Fork, we knew that our campaign had to be equally unique. Our strategy was to capture the quaint charm and country ambiance of the North Fork, blended with the style and sophistication of Harvest Pointe.
The result, beyond these three awards, has been tremendous. In less than 12 months of active marketing, Phase I of the development is already 90% sold. We’re thankful to have such a visionary client and we look forward to creating more award-winning work that pushes this incredible community to closeout.

432 Park Avenue is one of NYC’s most recognizable buildings–and one of the tallest residential buildings in the western hemisphere. At the base of this iconic tower is 36 East 57th Street and 40 East 57th Street. This elegant new boutique building offers sophisticated office floors and retail space respectively. The prestigious midtown location, directly across from The Four Seasons Hotel, is ideal for high-end office and retail tenants. Pace was hired to create the brand and to market this spectacular new space.
