Carole Bloom is a real estate consultant specializing in development, marketing, pricing, branding and repositioning of assets. Her company, The Bloomstone Group, is a New York-based boutique real estate advisory, sales and marketing firm. Bloomstone offers a wide array of services to real estate owners, developers, institutions and investors across a broad spectrum of residential development disciplines. Prior to founding The Bloomstone Group, Carole held high-level executive positions with some of the city’s leading real estate firms, including Durst Fetner, Manhattan Skyline, Gotham Organization, Brown Harris Stevens, and Related.
