A Milestone Event. A Major Campaign.
On October 4th, CREW New York, the leading organization for professional women in commercial real estate in New York City, celebrated its milestone 40th anniversary with a spectacular gala at the Edison Ballroom in Midtown Manhattan. To brand, market and promote the event across all channels, the organization chose us as its partner.
We’ve always been impressed with the great work produced by our Pace copywriter, George N. Aslanian. As an award-winning copywriter and Google Certified digital marketer, George has a knack for crafting conceptually driven campaigns that tell intriguing brand stories across multiple platforms. That’s a fancy way of saying “he writes good ads” (and emails, brochures, videos, websites, and all other forms of marketing material).
Now, we’re delighted to share another title of George’s: best-selling author! We are proud to report that George is the author of the Amazon best-selling short crime story collection, Sunshine & Misery. When the first installment of this series, titled “Big Money Ca$h,” was published this past August, it was the #1 new release in Amazon’s Kindle Store. Read More

“The space is great, but is there a coffee bar and wine lounge?”
Look through a commercial real estate (CRE) industry publication or website these days, like Bisnow, The Commercial Observer, South Florida Business Journal, Real Estate Weekly, or The Real Deal, and you’ll see ad after ad touting available office space. We know, because we create a lot of those ads! That’s nothing new. But lately, one of the things you’ll notice about these ads is how many of them are promoting the variety and uniqueness of a building’s office amenities.
We work with many developers, commercial and residential. So we understand the importance of marketing amenities. But the practice of developing and marketing unique office amenities to potential commercial tenants has really been a recent trend – and it’s taking off like a rocket.
We’re proud to share that our own Cara Faske, CEO of Pace, was selected as one of Real Estate Weekly’s “Leading Ladies 2018.” Cara was featured in print and online with several other women who have made their mark in the real estate industry.
We’re proud to continue our Pace Common Ground campaign for Gender Equality! This time, we salute another pioneering woman in real estate: Colleen Wenke. Colleen is Senior Vice President, Head of Development and Construction at Taconic Investment Partners. Since beginning her career at Taconic in 2001, she has been responsible for or directly involved in developing or repositioning over 2 million square feet of commercial space. And like all of our Common Ground women, Colleen has paved a successful path for so many others to follow.
One of our favorite things to do as a creative agency is naming. It’s a critical part of the branding process, whether you’re a consumer packaged good… or a high-rise commercial office building. We often drill home the importance of creating the right name for our commercial and residential real estate clients. That’s why we were so interested to read this great piece from BISNOW, titled: What’s In A Name? How And Why Landlords Rebrand Their Buildings. We encourage you to read the full article (see link below for your convenience). And here we’re sharing a few key takeaways:
